  2. CME Article 4: Luteal Phase Defects and Progesterone Supplementation -- Explain the various definitions, diagnostic criteria, and potential pathophysiologic mechanisms of LPD; discuss the current controversies surrounding the role of LPD within RPL; and delineate the current studies and recommendations for treatment, specifically the use of progesterone supplementation.
