Collection Preventing and Managing Opioid Use Disorder

In observance of International Overdose Awareness Day, Lippincott CME Institute is offering the new CME collection to support efforts to combat the opioid crisis. The opioid crisis is a serious public health issue, resulting from increased use of prescription and nonprescription opioid medications. Drug overdose is a leading cause of injury and death in the United States, and physicians and other health care providers have a responsibility to get involved in educating patients and the public about the current opioid crisis. We can start by increasing our own knowledge and updating our understanding of the problem and then adequately and appropriately assessing and managing pain, and advocating for responsible use of opioids. This collection is available for $19.95, a savings of more than $40, valid through September 30, 2017.
